Horizontal stretch wrap with integrated air bubble film top closure
The SPINNER 1000 S BN combines horizontal stretch film wrapping with an integrated air bubble film unit that closes off the package ends, producing a fully enclosed and cushioned package in a single pass. Products travel on a motorized conveyor through a rotating ring that applies stretch film at up to 85 rpm, followed by an 800 mm-wide air bubble film overwrap. Suitable for panel, profile, and similar long-format goods needing protection on all sides.
