The DRILLTEQ V-200 fits drilling, trimming and grooving into a compact 5 m² footprint, saving time, space, energy and cost. It suits just-in-time production in trade shops and small businesses, and equally handles custom work inside larger operations.
Features
- Plausibility check with sensor technology measures the inserted workpiece in X and Y and stops the cycle if it falls outside tolerance.
- Length-dependent processing in the X direction automatically corrects dimension-dependent holes based on a measuring run.
- Increased extraction capacity at the milling unit (optional) for larger cutting cross-sections.
- Handles a wide range of furniture connectors including continuous back-panel grooves, eccentric flat drilling, dowel holes and Clamex P connectors.
- Automatic tool change magazine with up to 4 tool positions for flexible production.
